Do you provide childcare in the studio?
Yes! We have a limited amount of space for children 3 months to 10 years old. Head to the class schedule to reserve a spot for your child/children ahead of time.
Does SWEAT offer memberships?

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and prepare to sweat...A LOT.
What should I expect during a SWEAT class?
Be prepared to have fun, work hard and SWEAT (a lot!) at any of our signature classes. Classes range from 50-60 minutes and are taught to all fitness levels. At SWEAT we embrace everyone's fitness journey, we celebrate our imperfections and honor our hard work (and when we feel a little awkward we'll just turn down the lights!)
What if I'm running late?
Please call the front desk and we’ll be happy to hold your spot for up to 5 minutes after the class starts. Late arrivals exceeding this 5 minute courtesy will not be permitted into class.
Late arrivals become disruptive to the instructor and other clients so we appreciate your consideration. Sorry, no exceptions.
Are your classes for all levels? What if I can't do everything?
Yes, that’s the beauty of SWEAT PGH - there are ALWAYS options for each of our members. Our SWEAT Crew will be sure to offer modifications to suit each individual’s fitness level. If you have an injury or other restriction, please inform your instructor prior to class.
When should I arrive?
We recommend newcomers arrive 15 minutes before class. There’s nothing worse than feeling rushed when class is starting. Return clients, please sign-in no later than 5 minutes before class begins, otherwise all reservations will be released to walk-ins at the start of class.
Are there lockers at SWEAT?
Yes, lockers are available. No need to bring a lock, all lockers have a built-in keyless lock.
Does SWEAT have showers?
There are two showers, fully stocked with towel service, vanities with hair dryers and complimentary Beautycounter bath + body products.
Do I need to create a SWEAT account?
Yes, you will need to create an account before booking a class. A waiver will need to be signed and an emergency contact will need to be setup; all of these steps can be done online or in person. Please arrive early if you plan to create your account at the studio.
When is the schedule released so I can sign up for a class?
Our schedule is released every Sunday at 6pm for you to sign up for class for the upcoming week.
How does the waitlist work?
When someone cancels their spot, the next person on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class. You will receive an email immediately notifying you.
Is there an age requirement?
You must be 14 years or older to take a SWEAT class. Members 17 years or younger must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form in person in the studio.
What if I don't have a mat or cycle shoes?
Don’t SWEAT it – we have you covered with plenty of Manduka mats to rent or purchase as well as GIRO cycle shoes to rent and TIEM cycle shoes to purchase. We also provide free towels to keep you dry.
What if I missed my class?
SWEAT PGH has a strict 6 hour cancellation policy. If a class is missed, we are unable to refund the credit. Sorry, no exceptions.
Can I participate while pregnant?
We are happy to sweat with all shapes and sizes, but if you have any health concerns please always speak to a physician first!
Should I bring water?
Feel free to bring water bottles and fill up at our filtered water dispenser. SMART water is also available for purchase at the front desk. It’s important to hydrate before and during class.
Do you host private events and parties?
You know we LOVE a good party! Please contact us if you are interested in holding a private event or party at SWEAT.
