Class Description


Flow, strengthen and SWEAT to the music during this dynamic 60 min class that clears the mind and ignites fire within. This upbeat workout combines traditional yoga poses with the added challenge of weights and cardio mixed in for a little extra fun. Prepare to awaken your muscles on the mat and to be dripping SWEAT by the end (don't worry we'll give you a towel!)
