Youth Athletes Training Camp: Speed, Strength, Agility

November 7, 2022 - December 12, 2022

SSA camp is back with NEW programming! Our off-season training will help your child improve their speed, change of direction, coordination and overall body awareness for optimal performance and injury prevention. Each session will keep your child active, develop their body athletically, teach teamwork and camaraderie, show the proper form of stretching, and most importantly they’ll have fun!

 

Mondays 4-5pm: 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 11/28, 12/5, & 12/12

 

Details:

  • Ages 8-12.
  • $115 for all six sessions.
    • 👩‍👧‍👦 Sibling discount: $100 for each additional child for all sessions.
  • $23 single drop-in session
    • 👩‍👧‍👦 Sibling discount: $20 for each additional child per session.
  • Trainers Katie & Lauren: Nationally-licensed coach, and former collegiate athletes.
  • Program signed-off by former athletic trainer at Syracuse University and head of SWEAT Yoga, our very own Hannah Hager.
