SSA camp is back with NEW programming! Our off-season training will help your child improve their speed, change of direction, coordination and overall body awareness for optimal performance and injury prevention. Each session will keep your child active, develop their body athletically, teach teamwork and camaraderie, show the proper form of stretching, and most importantly they’ll have fun!
Mondays 4-5pm: 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 11/28, 12/5, & 12/12
