First SWEAT

First-timer? Don’t *sweat* it. Expect to:

Arrive Early

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your class start time. Our SWEAT Fam will get you set up for your class. If you are running late for class, please call the studio and let us know that you are on your way.

Check In

You must check in at the front desk a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the start of class.

If you do not check in a minimum of 5 minutes before class, we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed entry into class. Priority will be given to those who are waitlisted and present.

Sign the Waiver

All clients are required to fill out a waiver prior to their first SWEAT. The waiver can be completed online as part of the registration process, or in person at the studio. All participants 17 years and under are required to have a parent or guardian’s signature in person.

SWEAT (a lot)

It’s in our name, right? Hydrate before, during and after class. You can bring your own bottle and refill it at our water station, or purchase cold, bottled water at the front desk.

SWEAT Safely

Before class, check in with your body. Our instructors are here to push and motivate you! But remember to listen to your body and work at a level that is most comfortable to you. Our SWEAT Fam is always around to answer questions and address any health concerns you may have in regard to your class.
