Barre Bootcamp

Barre Bootcamp combines athletic conditioning with the precision and control of barre training for a full-body workout that challenges strength, endurance, and stability. The first half of class alternates between strength and cardio intervals, keeping your heart rate elevated while building total-body strength, followed by barre-inspired mat work focused on the core and glutes. 

The final portion of class is dedicated to barre-specific leg training, using controlled pulses and endurance-based movements to create a deep muscular challenge. Set to motivating music, Barre Bootcamp delivers a balanced blend of intensity and precision that will leave you feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished.
