Whether you’re in need of a major release, a minute to breathe or an energy burst like no other, our yoga classes range from beginner to experienced yogi.

Yoga Classes:

Mats are required for class and are available for purchase or to borrow.

Movement & Meditation:

Get ready to sweat! Movement with a mindful lens helps us to shake off the BS and find clarity. Challenge meets purpose in this space with an added flare in our infrared heated room. We move to the beat of the music using simple calisthenics to lift the heart rate, tone the body, improve posture and increase mobility. Dynamic stretching and pockets of ease are woven into the beginning and end of class for the perfect balance.

Flow 1:

New to yoga? Stepping back on your mat? Looking to deepen your understanding of the principles of yoga? Flow 1 will introduce you to the foundation of yoga while guiding you through an inviting full body vinyasa flow. Our Flow 1 class is set up to introduce our community to the foundation of yoga practice. Sweat collectively brings music and energy to our flow while guiding the body through movement and breathwork.

Flow 2:

Unleash your inner warrior with our strength-focused power vinyasa Flow 2 class. Open to all levels, our Flow 2 class brings the intensity, heat and challenge to the mat. Continue to grow your practice as you move through challenging postures connecting your breath to movement.

Stretch & Open:

Looking to slow down, reconnect, and rebuild? Our stretch and open class is here for you. With the use of yoga blocks, therapy balls, and straps in our stretch and open class, we focus on lengthening the muscles and opening the body to release tension and stress.

Stretch + Sound:

Recover and heal your body with Stretch + Sound. In this class, you can expect 45 minutes of total body stretching as we slow down and connect to our bodies through our breath. We will make our way to Savasana or another restorative, resting position where we will then “cleanse” in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls. You can expect to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for your week!

Yoga Sculpt:

Join us as we flow, strengthen, and move to the beat during our 60 minute dynamic yoga sculpt class. You’ll be able to clear your mind and feel the burn as we combine traditional yoga poses with an upbeat challenge of incorporating cardio bursts and weights. Let’s build and awaken your muscles on the mat and leave dripping in SWEAT. Did we mention our new yoga studio has infrared heaters? (don’t worry we’ll give you a towel!)
