SWEAT Madness will begin on Monday, March 6th and end on Sunday, April 2nd. That’s 4 full weeks of our biggest, baddest challenge of the year. Earn points every day by SWEATing your a** off. Top teams & individuals win big! 💧🤬
Points System
Track your points for each day on the SWEAT Madness posters in studio.
LAYUP: Each day you SWEAT earn 2 points. (In studio only.)
AND 1: Check in, or post on social with @sweat_pgh #SweatMadness23 to earn 1 point. (Max of 10 points per client.)
3 POINT PLAY: Make a new SWEAT friend, get 3 points. (Introduce yourself and learn a fun fact about them.)
DOUBLE/DOUBLE: Bring a friend to class for 10 points. (New clients only, max of 5 guests per client.)
CLEAN SWEEP: SWEAT with 13 (of the 18) Instructors for 20 points.
SLAM DUNK: Attend 4 (of the 5) concepts for 15 points.
FULL COURT PRESS: SWEAT 7 consecutive days in a row for 7 points.
POST GAME INTERVIEW: Review us on Google or Facebook for 10 points.
TAKE A CHARGE: Attend a SWEAT event for 3 points. (Sound Bath, Next Level Pop-Up, City of Bridges, StretchLab Pop-Up, and Fabletics Flow.)
COACH’S PET: NO cancels (yes, we’re serious… NO CANCELS), late cancels, or no shows during the entire challenge for 50 points. (Must attend a minimum of 12 classes during the challenge.)
BEST OF: Vote for us for Best of the Burgh Local Fitness Club AND Yoga Studio to earn 2 points. (You can vote daily! Max of 12 points per client.)
ALLEY-OOP: Snap a photo in the studio with two of your Madness teammates, post it to Instagram and tag @sweat_pgh for 5 points. (Max of 5 points per client. Week 3 only 3/20-3/26.)
JUMP SHOT: Take two classes in one day and earn 5 points. (In place of Layup points for the day. Week 4 only 3/27-4/2.)
🆕 Train for Gains
A challenge within a challenge?! YES, Fam! The goal of “Train for Gains” is exactly what the name says! We will train the body, muscles, and mind each week and then see our progress over the 4 weeks of SWEAT Madness. Each concept has a different challenge—you’ll track length of time or number of reps. Instructors will incorporate Train for Gains into every class. The more classes you take in each concept, the more progress you’ll see.
