Barre Classes:

Barre 1:

Head to our triple barre for 50 minutes of lengthening and strengthening work. This class is open to all levels looking for barre-specific intense and intentional movements. We connect our mind to muscle using our triple barre, light weights and balas, sliders and more. Barre 1 deeply emphasizes legs, glutes and core. This class is the key to activating accessory muscles that are necessary in every expression of fitness.

Barre 2:

Featuring a triple barre, light weights, resistance bands and more, this class will strengthen and tone the entire body. In this 50 minute all-levels beat driven class, expect concepts from barre 1 along with functional work and impact-cardio bursts. Oh, and we sweat…a lot.
