Self-Defense Sunday

Learn practical self-defense including effective ways to fight off an attacker and safe escape techniques. Taught by Sean Cohen: Former SWEAT Yoga Instructor with training in over 8 different styles of martial arts over 15 years. Meet us in the barre room for class, which will also include a discussion on situation awareness! 

 

This is a donation-based class benefiting the Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh:
  • $25/adult
  • $15/child ages 8+
