Stop by SWEAT starting Saturday 11/22 to pick up a wish list tag off our our Christmas tree. Gifts must be returned to SWEAT by December 6th. Gifts benefit the Bair Foundation. 

All classes on Thanksgiving will be FREE with a suggested donation to Light of Life.  Cash or card donations will be accepted in studio at the front desk.
